The whole article about her is interesting but I couldn’t resist letting you guys know what she says she eats almost every day.
Breakfast: Raisin Bran with lowfat milk or to egg whites with lowfat cheese.
Snack: Sliced Cucumbers or dill pickles
Lunch: Grilled chicken salad with lowfat dressing or chopped salad with lowfat mozzarella and chickpeas.
Snack: Sugar-free Jell-O or Babybel Light cheese
Dinner: Turkey burger with lowfat cheese and a salad with lowfat dressing.
Snack: An apple or a small spinach salad with lowfat dressing.
She also drinks water instead of soda.
