Have you stopped losing weight? Eat More!

Now that I’m off of the raw food cleanse, I’m trying to find the right balance of food. I’ve added fish back into my diet. I eat what I want for dinner in restaurants. Other than that, I’m still going raw. I just love the way it makes me feel. That being said, I had only lost 1 pound since I’d been off of the challenge. Since I had 4 more pounds to lose after this, it felt like I was going to really have to push myself.

Over the weekend, I ate a little more than I usually do. It just kind of worked out that way. I went to a great restaurant for lunch called Josie’s. It’s very healthy but I really ate a lot more than I normally do. Yesterday I went back to a very strict day of eating. This morning I decided to weigh myself. I was a little worried about what I might see. I figured that I gained a pound. To my surprise, I lost another 2 pounds!

I think that I really wasn’t eatingĀ  enough. I do still need to really increase the intensity of my workouts but I say if you reach a weight loss plateu, try eating more. Don’t pig out on fried food. Just eat more of the healthy stuff you’re eating and try to eat something a little different. You’ll be amazed at the results.
