I just read an article in the November 2010 issue of “Self” magazine called “20 Sizzling Sex Secrets”. One piece of information really caught my attention. According to Celeo Crewell, author of Mathematics and Sex, twelve exes seems to be the magic number. She goes on to say that “Mathematics is the study of patterns, and studying the patterns in your past relationships-traits your exes share, recurring problems, and the things that went right-helps you better understand how to make the next one work.” Crewell’s equations showed that, for most women, it takes 12 partners to get enough of the info you need. And, if you use those clues, you have a 75 percent chance of finding the guy who, plus you, equals love.

The Green Smoothie for Day 3 was 1 Young Thai coconut (the water and the meat), a big handful of baby spinach, and ice. It was great. Unfortunately, I’m having a health issue that I have to deal with before continuing the fast. I’ll start all over again within the next few days. Stay tuned…
