Green Smoothie Fast Day 1
I’m back from my trip and today is day one of my green smoothie fast. It’s November 1st. I made a smoothie this morning with 1 honey crisp apple, a handful of kale, 1 scoop of whey protein powder, and water. I’m now on my 2nd one of these. I can tell you that as of right now, I’m not feeling too great. I’m used to one cup of coffee in the morning. I can definitely tell the difference without it. This day is a bit tough to judge because I just got back from CA and I’m still feeling the time change. My sleep is just off. In a few minutes, I’m going to the gym. Let’s see how that goes.
