Write down your short and long-term GOALS four times a year. Two personal, two business, and two health goals for the next 1, 5, and 10 years. Goal setting triggers your subconscious computer. (I tell clients to do 1, 3, and 5 years. Sometimes the 10 year is just too difficult. Give it a try.)
